Our 2012 beginner’s will start on the 28th of March. There’s never been a better chance to try something new. Gaining fitness, losing weight or meeting new people, whatever your reason for joining we’re sure that The Kung Fu School will be right for you.
With our highly experienced teachers and a welcoming atmosphere you’ll be sure to fit right in. There’s plenty of help and support on hand so whatever your level or experience we can offer you, challenging and enjoyable sessions. We like to mix up the sessions, training a combination of; technique, power, speed and stamina. This ensures the sessions are always fresh and exciting. Suitable for both men and women of all abilities over the age of 14.
So have a go, there’s nothing to lose, the first session is FREE. Sign up online or just turn up on the night. We’ll be accepting new beginners till the end of March. Don’t miss this opportunity as we only accept new students once a year!

The nearest train station is Petts Wood, which is 25 minutes away on a direct line from Charing Cross or Victoria.
For the your first Kung Fu lesson you will initially need a plain white t-shirt, comfortable tracksuit/training bottoms and a pair trainers. And remember the first lesson is free, after that tuition fees are just £25 a month! if you choose to become a member.
Remember we only take on new students once a year; we are a non profit organisation and have been established for over 17 years. We are only interested in teaching you excellence and bringing out the best in you. We run a closed door School and only take on new students once a year by invitation only. Praying Mantis Kung Fu is an explosive and powerful Martial Art that can be learnt and trained by all. We are looking to establish new classes and schools in Bromley, Beckenham, Sidcup, Bexey and Croydon areas so we are also looking to develop teachers and intructors.
